APPLICATION AGREEMENT
By proceeding with this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No Guarantee of Employment: Completion of this application form does not guarantee employment with Sarajevo Nightclub. The selection process involves several stages, and not every applicant will be offered a position.
- At-Will Employment: Employment with Sarajevo Nightclub is on an 'at-will' basis. This means either the employer or the employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time and for any reason.
- Part-time and Variable Schedule: If hired, understand that this is a part-time position. The club operates on weekends, and scheduling is done week by week based on performance, the ability to book VIP tables, and the club's needs for that particular weekend. Schedules are not guaranteed, and you may not be scheduled every week.
- Business Promotion: If hired, you are expected to actively promote Sarajevo Nightclub and endeavor to book tables during your off-days/weekdays. Consistent promotion outside of your scheduled hours at the club is part of our expectation, and it will factor into our scheduling and continued employment decisions.
- Rotation of Duties: All bottle girls will also work as a VIP host on a rotating basis.
- Physical Demands Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that bottle service work at Sarajevo Nightclub requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods, carry heavy trays, and work in a loud, high-energy environment.
- High Volume of Applications: As a popular nightclub, we receive a significant number of applications. While we appreciate the interest and effort of each applicant, it's not always possible for us to respond to everyone. If you don't hear back from us, please don't take it personally.
- Accuracy of Information: You confirm that all the information provided in your application is accurate and true. Any false information or omissions may lead to disqualification from the application process or termination of employment if hired.
